What Does Confusion And Dizziness After Tapering Off Zyprexa Indicate?

I tapered Zyprexa from 2.5 to 2.0. Then I took 12.5 Zoloft. It was a disaster. I was in bed for two days. On the third day, I got a serious bout of confusion and dizziness. A few days later, both returned, even though I went back up to 2.5 Zyprexa. Should I go up to 3.0 Zyprexa or should I wait for the Zyprexa to build back up in my body? How long will it take for Zyprexa to take effect. What do I do to do away with the confusion and dizziness?
