What Does Constant Feeling Of Charcoal Smell Suggest?

This may sound odd. The last few months I ve been smelling somewhat of a charcoal smell. It could be at work, outside, at home and yes I do shower. Just wondering if it could possibly relates to anything. I haven t looked anywhere or asked anyone yet. You know I here of dogs smelling owners and detecting cancer or other health issues. I don t know?
