What Does Continued Bleeding With Clots After Taking Misoprost Mean?

my period date was 13th june , i took 2 misoprost tablet on 26 june and 2 tablet on 28 june. but till today blood is flowing , sometimes tiny fresh clots coming with blood. No smotach pain, when not bleeding some dark brown blood , mucus like substance and white liquid is flowing.
