What Does Cough, Pain In Abdomen After C Section Indicate?

I had a c section last Wednesday. I have been doing great until a few days ago. I have had swelling in my right foot and leg for about 4 days and a bad cough and shortness of breath for the same amount of time. I have also had a dull constant pain in my abdomen and back and a constant head ache for 2 days. Also my incision is starting to hurt on the ends. Should I be seen for this?
