What Does Cramps And Less Bleeding During A Menstrual Cycle Indicate?

The last time I was on my period was on February 5, 2015. I was suppose to start the first week of March, but on February 24 and 25 I bleed very little. Then on the 26 it was like a regular period. After the 26 the bleeding stopped. I never started the first week of March. I ve been getting cramps for about 5 minutes then they ll go away, but I everytime I check to see if I started my period theres nothing there. Does this mean I may be pregnant?
