What Does Cramps And Vomiting After Eating Shop Food Indicate?

hi, I went to a restaurant on Christmas eve and afterwards I felt completely gross like I was full. At 4 am I woke up and started vomiting about five times in waves every hour for about 4 hours. the vomiting stopped but the discomfort in my intestines has remained. It has lessened but there is still a cramping feeling and discomfort and now my entire back hurts and aches all over with moments of pulsing pain. It's now the day after Christmas and I was wondering is it food poisoning? or should I look into something more?
