What Does Cramps In Tongue, Roof Of Mouth And Jaw Suggest?

For the past year, I have had cramps in my tongue, roof of my mouth, up my jaw on both sides of my mouth. One night, I had a fountain of saliva in my mouth to where I had to jump up and spit in the bathroom. Also, I will at times have a dry mouth so bad, the tongue is stuck to the roof of my mouth. Help?
