What Does Crawling Sensation On Body And Head Indicate?

I have bugs crawling on my body and mostly flying around my head. I have been to the dermatologists on several occasions and they keep telling me there is nothing on me but other people tell me they see something flying around my head. Please help this has gone on for almost 3yrs now.
