What Does Creatinine Level Of .99 And BUN Of 12 Indicate?

Hi. I am a 23 year old caucasian female. If I have an eGFR of 82 with everything else in the normal range (creatinine .99, BUN 12, no cells, protein, or casts in the urine) should I be at all concerned about kidney function? Am I more likely to have kidney problems in the future? Will my GFR decline more rapidly since it is already at 82 and I am only 23?
