What Does Cysts In Ovary And Thick Womb Suggest?

Had a Transvaginal ultrasound. This showed a cysts on my ovary. And a thick womb. My question is they also did an ultrasound of my lungs. But when it came to my left lung they took a long time capturing images. What are they looking for and why just the one lung. What could be the reason for that and the womb
