What Does Dark Brown/black Dot On Cheek Indicate?

There is a dark brown black dot like shape on the inside of my right cheek, it's not perfectly round more like a stretched dot. It is about the size of the tip of a pencil. Should I be concerned, I was thinking of going to a walk in clinic but I'm not sure if that'd even be worth it or just a waste of time. What are your thoughts
