What Does Dark Colored Periods With Yellowish Color On Edges Of Pad Indicate?

i had a medical abortion about one month ago...took a scan which showed no RPOC...but i had lower abdomen mainly on either sides...at times watery and at times curdy vaginal discharge..no itching..took medicines...consulted a doctor..pv was normal...had dark coloured periods blood after that..the edges of the pad were yellowish...does that mean an infection...bld picture was normal..no fever
