What Does Dark Green Stool In An Infant Indicate?

Hi Dr. My baby boy is 3 months old. He developed a rash on the left side of his face. it's getting really big. His pedia advised me to change his milk to NAN HW ONE, his rashes cleared up almost instantly but his stool turned dark green and a bit watery. What should I do?
