What Does Delay In Period And Presence Blood During Urination Indicate?

my girlfriend and i had sex around january 14th and she got her period on time after it, and her period during feburary was supposed to be the 26th and she hasnt had it yet, she thought she got it yesterday but she just peed blood, but there was no burn or pain. We havent had sex since then and were very worried.
