What Does Delayed Periods With HPT Negative Mean?

Hi,
i am a month late.I did a home preg test yesterday and it came out negative.In march I had a miscarriage(5 weeks and 2 days) and before that i had not had my periods for 2 months and had been checking repeatedly at least 6 home tests and they all turned out negative.Then tried the next one and it was positive and the next day I miscarried.
So am wondering if this time is also positive but just has not shown up yet or it it really negative.
