What Does Difficulty In Swallowing And Pulse Rate Of 103 Indicate?

I think i have tonsillitis however i went to the doctors and he said its to do with my trachea but I've had tonsillitis before and the symptoms are similar as I'm struggling to eat and swallow stuff properly and i just measured my pulse rate and its at 103 however my temperature is at 37. Is there anything i can do?
