what doesdisc desiccation and 2 to 3mm disc protrusion eccentric to the left. borderline central canal narrowing measuring 10mm and borderline left neuroforminal narrowing endplate spurring at c4/5 there is also posterior annular fissure there is uncovertebral hypertrophy. there is a 3mm posterior disc protrussion which affects the thecal sac what is that? mild narrowing measuring 9mm. mild/moderate right w/mild left neuroforminal narrowing at c5/6 thats only part of these many papers that they failed to explain to me but my most concern is that they say on here that i have a tiny 3mm synovial cyst extending off the left L3/4 facet joint posteriorly there are so many l and c findings that i don t know which way to turn
