What Does Discharge With Streaks Of Bright Red Blood Mean?

I had an abnormal pap in Jan 2011, my on said these are not to alarming and I should have a re check in 6 months. Well about 2 weeks ago I started with a clear slimy discharge with streaks of bright red blood in it. I was supposed to start my cycle on Feb 23 and have not started yet. My husband has had a vasectomy so I am not worried about pregnancy. I am very conserned about what this could be. No itching, no odor, no pain."
