What Does Discomfort Near Right Ovary While Urinating Suggest?

Hi for while now I have had a little discomfort around the area where the right ovary is located now is getting stronger I went 3 times to the doctor to do the regular pap smear and they said everything is ok. But something is wrong, I never felt that type of discomfort with little paying before. It hurts me a little when I pee as well so I don t know what to think.
