What Does Dizziness, Pain In The Head And Neck With Hot Flashes Indicate?

I've been feeling dizzy lately like I'm going to go off balance. I've also been getting headaches with neck pain; hot flashes when I'm stressed or anxious about something, my ears also turn red and warm. My hands get warm too. And more recently I'm seeing white or black spots on surfaces then these disappear. What woud these be indicative of?
