What Does Dripping Blood During Urination And Missed Periods Mean?

i missed my period for 12 days the home test and blood test were negative at the day 10 after my missing my period. it is the second time that i noticed a blood drop during my urinaion the first one was at the day 17 from my period while the second was at the day 11 after missng my period. please help me to know if i was pregnant or no???
