What Does "echogenic Focus In The Upper Pole Cyst Of

What does "echogenic focus in the upper pole cyst of a calculus" mean.

Do stones usual form in an upper pole?
Does this mean a complex cyst or calcified or solid cyst? ( not simple cyst)?
