What Does Elevation Of The Right Hemidiaphragm On My X-ray Mean?

Hi I am 58 and have lots of health issues. Getting hip surgery soon but am completely out of breath just walking a short distance. What is this elevation thing? My exray for Pulmonologist says: The cardiomediastinal configuration is within normal limits. Some similar elevation of the right hemidiaphragm is seen. The lungs are clear. The pulmonary vasculature is within normal limits. No acute osseous findings are seen. No acute cardiopulmonary process. Thanks
