What Does Endometrium Thickness Of 11.5 Mm Indicate?

Endometrium thickness 11.5 mm, left ovary is bulky and contains thin walled cyst suggestive of hemorrhagic cyst. The cyst measure 35*35*33 mm with a volume of approx 22 cc. Streak of fluid is seen in pouch of Douglas. What does it mean? Does anything serious.
