What Does Essentially Unremarkable Cardiopulmonary Findings On My Chest X-ray Mean?

hello, Good day Doc. I have a question. I got my chest xray result. and the remarks says. essentially unremarkable cardiopulmonary findings. what does it mean and do i have to take medications for this. and can i still pursue my application workibg abroad?? Thank you very much.
