What Does Extensive T Wave Changes In EKG Report Specify?

Hi I'm 22 trying to join the military at my physical they said I had HBP 150/80 I had been under a lot of stress lately. My doctor did an ekg and said I had "extensive t wave changes " and scheduled a test. Don't know what that means trying to get info plz help
