What Does Extra Skin Growth On Penis Indicate?

Hi, I had a bit of extra skin growing on my penis glans, so I grabbed hold of it and pulled it off. The skin was about 2mm think and now it s really sore and sensitive. It also hurts like hell when I get urine on it. And it also gets a yellow scab like puss covering it. What do you suggest?
