What Does Extreme Fatigue With Drak Circles And Pale Skin In A Child Suggest?

Hi my 6 year old son Damian has been saying hes tired a lot and doesn t want to get up in the morning also is pale and has dark circles under his eyes he gets at least 10 hours of sleep every night and eats the Flintstones vitamins for child that dont like veggies and meat to grt the iron snd stuff he needs i give him one in ghe morning and ine at night nothing seems to have changed he is active as well any suggestions or ideas on what and how i can help make him feel and look better plz and thanks
