What Does Fatigue After Pacemaker Implant Indicate?

Good afternoon, my mother 69 years old had a pace maker put in about two months ago. We are noticing that she is more easily fatigued than usual. Like cant walk around the block... Is this normal and should it be addressed? Thanks for your help. Eileen Smith
