What Does Fever Due To Internal Bleeding Imply?

hi i have had two procedures lately. one was internal bleeding they had to stop bc. of a cyst and the other was a d and c. but before that i started running a low grade fever and it has not stopped. its been going on for about 15 days. what do u think
