What Does Fibre In Breast Image Of Mammogram Represent?

I have been called back in to radiology after just having my annual mammogram because they want to redo my right breast image due to a lot of fiber and they need to look deeper. They ve also scheduled me for an ultrasound?...what does that mean? Should I be worried? I m already a pretty sick woman.
