What Does Fibrotic Residuals In My Right Upper Lobe Mean?

Hi im applying a job recently and when my medical xray results went out it says that i have a fibrotic residuals in my right upper lobe that is why they dont hire me ..im worried now because im thinking if i have this scar in my lung permanently no companies will ever hire me ..so my question now is there any medication or cure for this?i want to remove this so that i can apply a job or maybe going to abroad without having a problem.
