What Does Flesh Discharge From Vagina During Periods Indicate?

i'm a female 17 years of age.
my menstruation is regular but this year i was delayed for 1 month, and when my period came i noticed that there's something coming out from my vagina and i think it's a flesh. it happened trice, 1 in the first day second day and now on my third day. please help me
