What Does Fleshy Growth Between Vagina And Anus Indicate?

hello, I was feeling a weird sensation in my anal area today then I examined my self and saw a fleshy growth between my vagina and anal area..im not sure what this could be because this has never occurred before. its not too uncomfortable but it weird.
