What Does Fleshy Growth Inside Vagina Indicate?

hellow doc, doc iam very tensed because i just noticed that i have an fleshy thing inside my vagina its near the hole from where periods come iam so worried that what is it and its kind of tight u can hardly see the hole that covers that area and i have continous discharge problem from my vagina plz doc give me an right answer
