What Does Fluttering, Burning And Tenderness In Stomach While On Depo Mean?

Goodmornning i have been having burning sensations and tenderness on my lower back sides of stomach and below belly button. my stomach has been recently doing this little thumping, more like theres butteerflies..like the flluttering.The thing is I am on Deppo, not sure if I could be pregnant
