What Does Frequent Murmuring And Sleeplessness Indicate?

Hi My friend is mentally disturbed My friend due to to some office reasons got some shock & took treatment for 1week. Doctors gave olimet, Loreal tablets. within a week friend was allright. My friend that time use to keep murmuring somethings which a normal person does not do. Now My friend is not getting sleep during night. & again murmuring some unwanted sentences. Please suggest.
