What Does Frequent Spotting And Cramps After A D&C Indicate?

I suffered a miscarriage in January and had a D&C on Jan 31. Bleeding off and on until 2/17. Stopped for 2 days then started what seemed to be a regular cycle on 2/19. Had post-op check-up on 2/25; all was well; finished period that evening. Started red spotting on 2/27, stopped 3/1. Spotted old blood 30/4 and 3/5. Started what seemed to be a regular period on 3/7 which just ended Friday 3/13. Had one instance of spotting old blood yesterday. Now, just started gushing bright red blood. Waiting to make sure it s not more than 1 pad/hour, etc. No fever. No odor. No cramping. This seems like it s just hormones, but it s a giant pain. Thoughts?
