What Does Gas And Runny Stool In A Breastfed Infant Suggest?

Hi, my baby is 4 months and is exclusively breast fed. However she has a lot of gas and every time she passes wind she also passes a little runny stool and she cries every time this happens. Don t know what to do. Also, She seems to be still hungry after a feed. Should I opt for a supplement?
