What Does Growing, Painful Knot On Back Of Ear Oozing Orange Liquid Mean?

Hi I m 23 and about 6 months ago I got a knot on the back of my ear it kept getting bigger and bigger and it got so painful I couldnt sleep on it I took a needle and popped it and orange stuff came out it was almost the color of a pumpkin then brown stuff came out it went away for 3 weeks then came bigger I mashed it every night and when I got up every morning it was bigger it still want go away can u tell me what it is please
