What Does Hardness In Upper Abdomen With Breathing Difficulty Suggest?

After eating or even walking, the right side of upper abdomen is hard and it's making it hard to breathe. It feels like pressure and the area is hard on the right side just below my breastbone. It's been there for awhiel but recently it seems the hardness has moved up higher and its making it hard to breathe.
