What Does Having Periods Indicate After Habitual Intake Of Junel Birth Control?

Hi. I am currently taking Junel FE 1/20 Birth Control. I have been on it since last august. I started a new pack a few days ago and started my period... why is this? This has not happened before. I normally start my period when taking the brown pills.
