What Does Headaches And Indentation On Back Of Head Indicate?

I have noticed an indent on the back of my head, it s an inch or two away from my neck and it itches and feels like I ve got hit by something.. I constantly have headaches also.. Just wondering if the indent is common or not.. It s a pretty big indent.
