What Does Heart Rate Of 110-138 BPM Indicate?

I'm currently experiencing a heart rate of 110-138 bpm and bpm of 153/108-162/110 I have a pressure type headache and my husband wants to take me to the ER to be checked. Do you think that's needed ?
last night I was having a great deal of chest pain but haven't really felt much pain today.
