What Does Heaviness In Left Arm And Leg While On Medication For High BP Suggest?

Dear Doctor - I am feeling heavyness in my left arm and left leg very oftenly . I am 75 . On medication for high BP and on Asthama . Both are under control . My BP level is 130/85 . No sugar at all .Please guide me why I am this heavyness. Please suggest me symptoms and cure . What I should do . Your kind medical advice will positively help me . Thanks and regards
