What Does Histiocytes And Mixed Inflammatory Cells Post Hysterectomy Mean?

Primary Diagnosis: (Pelvic washing post hysterectomy) histiocytes and mixed inflammatory cells. What does this mean? I am wondering if it is something that is usually present in a cytology report or does that mean there was some sort of inflammation? Could this be tied to an autoimmune disorder? Thank you.
