What Does Hoarse Voice With Clear Mucus In Nose Mean?

Hi. My name is gale. Sat morn when I woke up my voice was horse for maybe 3 hrs. Then all day Sunday my voice was horse & still is today. Each day my voice is worse. I have ran no fever but been sort of sick 2 my stomach. And I ve been blowing clear mucus out my nose. what could possible be the problem. Thank you
