What Does Homogeneous Myometrial Echogenicity Mean In A Pelvic Scan?

Please what does homogeneous myometrial echogenicity mean? I did a pelvic and abdominal scan and that was part of my result. I m always experiencing really painful stomach pains, using the toilet is basically torture and every time I go for a scan, they see nothing.
