What Does Ill-defined Inhomogeneous Haziness In Right Hilar And Paracardiac Region Suggestive Of Patchy Pneumonitis Mean On My Chest X-ray?

HI, Today is my 16th day after I diagnosed with Covid, I was hospitalized and got discharged after 5 days. Today I have taken Chest Xray as I have a follow up meeting with Doctor. The report say There is illdefined inhomogeneous haziness noted in right hilar and paracardiac region s/0 patchy pneumonitis what does this mean. At present I do not have any complaints. Regards
