What Does Increased Biapical Pleural And Parenchymal Disease On A Chest X-ray Indicate?

Hi, my wife has had a cough in the upper chest and seen both an express medical walk in site and her primary care dr. She received a negative cv-19 test, negative chest X-ray and prescribed generic Zonatuss to settle the cough as well as a Z pack for potential lung infection. Chest X-ray revealed biapical parenchymal disease. Many months later, the cough had not improved and she was prescribed again a chest X-ray with findings of biapical pleural and parenchymal disease increased. Lungs are clear with no pleural effusions. Heart size and contour are normal. She has no idea what this indicates. How is this dealt with and what is the best path forward? Thank you-Dave
